Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a skills-based program designed to help anyone handle difficult emotions and situations in the best way possible. Each week we will focus on a different module: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance.
DBT has been tested and shown to be effective for a host of disorders including Anxiety, Bipolar, Borderline, OCD, Panic, and even Suicidality. Come as you are. Its tools have also been adopted by the friends and family members of people being treated with much success.
Our drop-in format allows anyone to try DBT out in their own life right away.
The group is peer-led by experienced DBT practicers who want to share the benefits they've gained from DBT with others.
