Boulder Jewish Festival volunteers help out in 2 ways: some are mostly-year-round volunteers, who help with planning the event: managing vendors and agencies (Jewish non-profits, food vendors and artists), arranging fabulous entertainment, coordinating kids activities, handling publicity and advertising, fundraising, compiling the program book, and more - all the details that make the Boulder Jewish Festival one of the most successful events in downtown Boulder, Colorado and the longest running annual Jewish community festival west of the Mississippi. This core team meets monthly from December through July.
Day of event volunteers help out with setup, tear down, recycling/zero waste, t-shirt sales, tent resets and other day-of-event activities. One and 2 hour shifts are appreciated! The day of event team meets a few days before the event to get organized and work out shift details, then we all show up on the day of the Festival to put on a GREAT event!
