yeah, that one again. It's dry, it's got variety, the real beginners who are not comfortable w/ the more challenging stuff can start out, and I can guide them to return on a less-than-challenging route to get them back safely.
I see there's a ride set for Saturday. I am proposing Sunday for anyone who cannot make it on Saturday (like myself).
This is an easy-to-moderate route for the slightly-beyond-beginner to intermediate rider. It'll take about 2 1/2 hours, maybe a bit more. We meet at Marshall Mesa Trailhead, head up to Comm Ditch, take that to the road that heads south to that hwy (128?), cross west at Hwy 93, get on Flatirons Vista, take that south then around north to top of Doudy Draw. Down the Draw, to the Springbrook (?) turn-off, go west and do that loop, head over to Community Ditch, take it east across Hwy 93, back to Marshall Mesa TH. Very doable ride. We can divide into two groups of similar levels and meet at junctions.
This is a fun, get-your-feet-wet type of ride. come out, learn something, challenge yourself a little, meet folks, laugh, have fun, and yell whooopieeeeee.
