What we're about
Here we meet with other like-minded individuals who have a desire to bring self-discipline, mastery, and self-actualization into their life on a daily basis. In this group we will share our desires, our plans of action that we're taking each day to meet our goals. Furthermore we will help one another and hold each other accountable to taking action towards our goals.
Here we'll learn to use body/mind techniques that help us take control over our mind and emotions.
