2nd PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION (rescheduled from 2/22 due to snow)
Distributed Availability Group: An Availability Group of Availability Groups... ( very meta ) We'll review the basics to build and operate a couple of "standard" SQL Availability Groups then we'll bridge them to create a Distributed Availability Group. These can work great for scaling out reads, system migrations, and implementing geo-HADR. I recently helped build a cloud-ground-hybrid Distributed Availability Group in production so I'll share a few tips and tricks from the trenches.
