Calling all beginner Yogis!!

I will be holding a beginners sunset Vinyasa Flow class, this class will be for people who have never done yoga and people that have tried it and would like to progress further with it.

I am going to teach some amazing pranayama breathing techniques to help with stress, anxiety and concentration and also some lovely gentle flow which will focus on back issues, flexibility and balance. I will also be add some beautiful yoga nidra meditation at the end of the class. You're going to feel awesome afterwards ...TRUST ME :)
