  • LTD Brewing - here we come, Hopkins!

    LTD Brewing Co.

Flash! A new beer on tap this weekend! Milkshake Cherry Sour – A sour ale made with cherries, vanilla, and lactose. On tap now! For the founders of LTD Brewing, the love of brewing great beer started in 2003 at the University of Minnesota -where Blake and Jem first met. We needed a relatively inexpensive/legal way to obtain beer, so we thought... why not brew our own? At first we didn't care how it turned out (as long as it had some alcohol), but after a couple of batches, we started to get creative. Beers on Tap: http://ltdbrewing.com/beers-on-tap/ Cream & Amber is a new business on 1605 Mainstreet serving more BEER & FOOD! https://www.creamandamber.com/. I wanna check it out after LTD, so whoever wants to join me can wander down!

  • La Doña Cervecería - maybe Utepils too?

    La Doña Cervecería

Let's get back to La Doña! It's a unique brewery, taproom and entertainment space in the Harrison neighborhood of Minneapolis fusing Latin culture and The North. La Doña is owned and operated by Sergio Manancero, a former Marine and son of Uruguayan immigrants. After officially launching the brand at the Taco Tour on Lake Street in 2016, he hand delivered beer around the Twin Cities in a van between classes and his full-time job at the University of Minnesota, where he graduated in December with a Sociology degree. Beers on tap: https://dameladona.com/cervezas/ Let's bike too...weather permitting.

  • Sisyphus Brewing - come and sit your sass down!

    Sisyphus Brewing

How to you pronounce their name?? Craft beers, brewed without a purpose, for a greater purpose. One need not imagine Sisyphus happy, especially when his stomach is filled with beer. Might want to bike there if you have faith in the weather predictions! In the upper 50s and 60s....and who knows where from there?
