A low-intensity hike, at or below (my) aerobic threshold. Starting from M trailhead parking lot, up to the M via the middle or steep route, and continuing on to the Bridger Ridge with the turnaround point being the south summit of Mt. Baldy.
Completing all or a significant portion of the time and/or distance each week is the goal, but actual time & distance traveled is weather dependent. Prepare for the current conditions as necessary. Items such as trekking poles, snowshoes, boots, yaktrax, crampons and warm winter clothing may be advisable.
