The sacred texts of all of the world religions have promised that humanity will eventually achieve world peace through spiritual solutions. The Prophet Founder of the Bahá’í Faith wrote in the mid-1800s that human society has now matured to the point that mankind is ready to embark on a path that will lead to world peace. “Wars shall cease between nations, and by the will of God the Most Great Peace shall come . . ." ~ Bahá’í Scripture
The Prophet taught that some of the requirements for peace include: renewed spirituality, elimination of racism and prejudice of all kinds, universal education, equality of women and men, reconciliation between members of different religions, and the eradication of extreme poverty, great wealth and materialism.
"Blessed is he who mingleth with all men in a spirit of utmost kindliness and love.” ~ Bahá'u'lláh
