Body and Brain Yoga/Tai Chi offers many classes for adults and children that help the brain relax and refresh, which leads to a feeling of Health, Happiness and Peace.
Brain Power Wellness for adults is held every Friday from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. (Childrens class is Thursdays from 4-5 PM). Based on our Brain Education for Successful Aging (BESA) Course, this class gives adults the tools they need to take an active role in generating and maintaining mental, physical and emotional well-being. The goal of this program is to help participants realize that the power of the brain is not dependent upon age, but in the choices made in each moment. Come try it out!
