May is Mental Health Month! Yayy to healthy minds!

This is a weekend retreat designed to help those with Social Anxiety and is founded by SAB - the Social Anxiety Busters of Orange County organization. This is an excellent group that has been organizing fun and therapeutic weekly SA activities since 2008 and has a wonderful group of active and friendly members.

"The Social Anxiety Busters of Orange County brings you S.A.F.E. — the Social Anxiety Forum Experience — a weekend retreat geared toward helping those with social anxiety. The S.A.F.E. goal is to create an environment that encourages the social growth and development of the individual.

We have put together a schedule of events that include, but aren’t limited to: workshops (icebreakers, open discussion, guest speaker), outdoor activities (hiking, sailing, scavenger hunts), indoor activities (movie night, game night, meditation/nap time), out-of-group socializing opportunities (barhopping, eating out).

All events are optional attendance and are subject to change. The planned events, 2 nights stay in the hostel, and 3 meals all are included in one easy payment of $115. A $10 discount goes to those who’re sharing a double bed. This will help us reach our occupancy goal. There are two houses each with their own amenities, and both single gender and co-ed bedrooms."
