The CURE to Anxiety: Charles Linden of The Linden Method

This is not a meetup, but an FYI to view this website, sign up for the FREE Anxiety Recovery eBook, and learn about this anxiety CURE, yes, cure.  This is not to help alleviate the symptoms, but is an actual CURE achieved by resetting the amygdala.

Many of our members have expressed interest in information on anxiety disorders.  The Linden Method addresses all anxiety based disorders such as General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety (SAD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Pure-O, derealization, depersonalization, school phobia, separation anxiety, all phobias - any anxiety based disorder.  This is not however, a cure for mental or biochemical based disorders such as schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or depression, although TLM can cure the anxiety aspect of it.  Mr. Linden differentiates between depression and anxiety which the general medical profession erroneously pairs together.  He specifies that DEPRESSION is a biochemical imbalance, but "LOW MOOD" which is often MISTAKEN for depression frequently accompanies chronic anxiety. According to Mr. Linden, if you suffer from low mood, when you cure the anxiety, the low mood automatically goes away.

His method works with the simple idea of resetting the amygdala back to normal.  In chronic anxiety, the amygdala overworks and doesn't reset back to normal which causes the overreaction of fear-based anxiety disorders and phobias.  The method is simple, non-intrusive and non-stressful. It starts at $137 with a year long money-back guarantee and year long phone support from health professionals. .

I think this just might be the Real Deal.  If you sign up for the free eBook, then you'll start receiving Charles Linden's highly informative emails and all will make sense as he begins to explain things to you. .

Charles Linden, Anxiety Expert and Hay House Author, runs The Linden Clinics utilizing "The Linden Method" which has successfully treated over 155,000 people to date.  He is endorsed by respected medical professionals in the fields of psychology and science even subjecting his findings to the scrutiny of a neuro/psych team which resulted in high praise.

From Charles Linden:
"I cured myself of anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, agoraphobia and derealization, but this isn't based on just my experience, but on the experience of having helped over 146,000 people worldwide to become completely cured.

Something we have learned over the years -

There is a 'switch' in the human mind that turns anxiety on and off.

Would you believe me if I told you that in order to become anxiety free, we have devised a very clever trick that 'fools' this switch into believing you are safe and when it believes that, it switches OFF your anxiety... permanently.

NOT ONLY that, it also 'programs' your mind so that in the future, when another anxiety provoking situation arises, it PREVENTS you from developing another anxiety disorder... it's anti-anxiety software for your mind!

You see, the brain works this way because all the information gathered by your senses is fed back along your nerves to your brain and your brain makes sense of that information and forms thoughts, reactions and emotions.

So, your brain sees something threatening, your body reacts with the emotion of fear, your body becomes primed to respond and then you take appropriate action.

If we can force your senses to send 'safety signals' instead of fear signals... that process stops."

As an ex sufferer who cured himself at aged 27 and an anxiety educator since 1997, Charles has become an advisor to government, corporations, media, press, sports-people, actors, musicians and medical organizations around the world.

"My anxiety disorder recovery programs WITH unlimited, qualified support start at JUST $137 - My team are all accredited psychological experts - they are also AMAZING at curing anxiety disorders - they should be, they've helped over 155,000 people to recover!"

Dear V, I was only relating to Kevin's feed back, as a hypnotherapist there are some aspects of Anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, and even panic attacks, that I am able to help my clients in one sessions. However Kevin experience was based on the sales speech and the way the event was delivered. Also the term cure is for license practitioner only.

Kevin, Hypnosis does not always work the same way for everyone, however its effectiveness cannot be denied.

Thank you Kevin, I have seen many events who offer the same, just like the law of attraction. In my events we actually deliver results and practice what I am teaching. But for some unknown reasons people choose to be scammed. Even when you attempt to protect them. However I do appreciate your honesty and your feed back based on your experience. Thank You.

Yeah, I hesitated to say anything because really who am I to deny someone their attempt at being happy and being free of anxiety? Posting comments probably won't stop people who are already sold on the idea. I'm a little annoyed by the sales pitch Anyways, thanks to you as well. Perhaps I will check out your events.

This 'event' comes across as a sales pitch and the program looks like a scam. The whole layout of the website, the way he advertises his product all remind me of those seedy pickup artist websites with their deceptive sales tactics and programs. Their content is similar too from the look of it. Repackaged, watered down psychology, marked up for a high price to give you the security of having bought something 'knowing' somehow that something this valuable must work, right?
There are no quick fixes, no other methods that work effectively except for his, or so his website claims. Artificial scarcity anyone?
The 'free' anxiety e-book is merely a long advertisement for his product. How does knowing James' theory of emotion or knowing that Linden thinks the primary cause of anxiety is the amygdala help in any way in dealing with anxiety?
Also, Linden does not list any credentials on his website. Sketchy...
This all seems too good to be true.

Conditions such as anxiety, autism, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and phobias are suspected of being linked to abnormal functioning of the amygdala, owing to damage, developmental problems, or neurotransmitter imbalance. However anyone who promises cure is pretending to be God. I believe in self empowerment and self improvement. Some causes are so deep, that more work is needed then what TLM claims to deliver. But again, anyone who can apply a good marketing, will have people swearing their product is 100% promising. Why, because they have received something for free, now they feel obligated to return a favor. And this is how some people are able to be successful. by offering Free at first to attract followers and mailing list. I am not saying it's bad, but I will be the one that will not follow this kind of system.

The problem is that his newsletters use really slimy tactics to guilt his leads into buying his product. Also, I wonder if the brain stem (perhaps the reticular activating system) has not been mentioned as another potential primary cause (primary cause at least if we are confining ourselves to brain physiology).
