Cancelled.... But still open to ideas

I have canceled the Sands Therapy Lecture at the Jung Institute.

NOTE: The Jung Institute is still having the Lecture and for those who are going you will be treated to a great lecture.

But here are my reasons:

A) Only 4 persons signed up... Statistically speaking in terms of typical Meetup members showing up, on average 60-40% show up it is very likely that I will be the only one there....

B) As a meetup maybe I misjudged the interest level in lectures. Soooo, I will refrain from doing more technical lectures especially on Friday night... My Bad....

C) Since I organize several meetups, I have some experience with turn-outs. Also it appears more and more persons who signed up were dropping out each day, which is a bad sign that the idea has little interest. This signals a very low turn-out.

I have reviewed the polls and it seems you want something more causal, an open discussion on specific topics or something less formal. Please post on the message board ideas and suggestions. Please check here to hear some of my ideas...

Now let's hear everyone's input...

Thanks to all
