We are a group of 50+ singles who live in the Branson, Southern Missouri, Northern Arkansas area and get together to enjoy this beautiful city, and all it has to offer. We like to meet for dinner, Dancing, attend local festivals/shows/events/hikes, and take advantage of Branson's special relationship with Mother Nature. We are NOT a dating service, but a group of singles who enjoy getting together socially for fun and to build lasting friendships in a safe environment. Occasionally, we may plan events to surrounding areas such as camping or hiking in State Parks, getting out on the area lakes, or attending events in Springfield, but our intent is to get together in the Branson area.
Branson 50+ Singles' mission is to combat loneliness, make a positive difference in each other's lives, do some networking, and enjoy time together in our local community.
We have a $10 annual membership fee due within 60 days of joining. Come enjoy an event with us. We are looking for those who are active in our group and want to get out and meet people on a regular basis. Members who are not active are subject to being removed. We do ask a face picture on your profile since we are a group who wants to get to know your better. Thank you for your understanding.
How about a middle-of-the week mini road trip? Our MeetUp group has an award winning author in our midst! Laurie Jameson won the 2019 Gold Enduring Light Medal for Christian Fiction for her book titled The Waystation. Laurie will have a booth at the NW Arkansas District Fair to promote her book. Jerry Myers is putting together a road trip to show support, have some fun and get in some good fair food and rides. The schedule of events for the fair can be found on the NW Arkansas District Fair Facebook page. If you are interested in car pooling, contact Jerry. For our MeetUp peeps living in Harrison, it won’t be much of a road trip but we’ll meet you down there!
