Psychological safety is the shared understanding among colleagues that it is safe to share opinions without fear of belittlement or dismissal. Organizations succeed when employees feel respected and acknowledged. Employees that feel psychologically safe are more motivated to be disruptive thinkers. When those employees can think disruptively they challenge tradition, think more creatively, and take smart risks.
Join Dr Dee Holstine Vander Valk in an open and frank discussion about how we can create psychologically safe environments in which to engage in disruptive thinking. As a speaker, Dee helps women find their voices, aligned with their values and purpose. Authentic self-leadership and powerful communication skills empower you to represent yourself, and those in your circles, with intentionality and impact. Dee uses research, best practices, theory, experience, practical application, and real-world know-how attained through a nearly 30-year career in coaching, facilitating, writing, consulting, leading, and speaking to provide customized thought-provoking keynotes, presentations & workshops across diverse topics and groups.
