Are you looking to spend more time in nature? Curious about yoga or looking to take your practice off the mat? Join Bill and Julie, both certified yoga instructors, as we combine our experience of yoga and love of nature to explore the Tri-state areas trails. You can expect to start with a gentle warmup before heading out on the trail. At the midpoint or destination revisit some basic yoga poses (asanas) and enjoy a mindfulness activity such as journaling or breath work (pranayama). Along the journey we will have the opportunity to connect with others, nourish the body and mind all the while appreciating a peaceful experience in the woods.
