Guided Breath Release Meditation
Guided breath release meditation. Lay on the floor and learn the two-step breath.This simple and easy practice is perfect for most anyone. Who? Experienced meditators as well as those who struggle with "traditional meditation" techniques of turning off their mind. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for your experience. In the new year we will begin at 7:30 sharp. Please dress in warm loose clothing. It can get cool in the Studio. Please bring a blanket as well as a mat as you may become cool from the breath work. Come lay down, relax and just breathe! Our ancient eastern breathing method focuses your busy western mind on your breath, allowing you to experience peace within your heart and help you to release anything holding you back. It is like nothing you have ever experienced before unless you are experienced with two step breath of Pranayama Yoga! Unit 110 fronts Macarthur Blvd., Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and eye pillow if you have one. What we're about

This is a relaxed group designed to introduce people to and to explore the Art of Breath Meditation.

Some call it Pranayama Yoga. Call it yoga if you wish however this is NOT a bendy contortion or even seated style. You will be asked to lay on the floor and experience a guided breath meditation.

I have studied Non-cognitive processes for over 20 years and this is, in my experience, by far, the easiest way to quiet the mind. Come learn how breath can deepen your meditation practice and improve your life.

This group was created September 16th 2017. We have been conducting meditation sessions for quite a while. For example, these events are also on Huntington Beach Reiki's Meetup site.
