What we're about
This is a relaxed group designed to introduce people to and to explore the Art of Breath Meditation.
Some call it Pranayama Yoga. Call it yoga if you wish however this is NOT a bendy contortion or even seated style. You will be asked to lay on the floor and experience a guided breath meditation.
I have studied Non-cognitive processes for over 20 years and this is, in my experience, by far, the easiest way to quiet the mind. Come learn how breath can deepen your meditation practice and improve your life.
This group was created September 16th 2017. We have been conducting meditation sessions for quite a while. For example, these events are also on Huntington Beach Reiki's Meetup site.
