This is not a beginner level class. Beginners must take the Introductory yoga classes first before attending this class so that the instructor may assess skill level.
A Vinyasa flow class that tones the entire body and build strength. Class moves at a moderate pace, while the focus is both on breathing and stretching by using these two elements together to work through poses. This class is design to accommodate intermediate levels, which means each pose an be modified to fit your level of expertise. If you have taken a power yoga class or a hot yoga class, then you will be familiar with poses.
