Breathwork is a meditative and healing practice that uses an activating, circular breath to bring about shifts in consciousness.
Many students experience profound changes after beginning this practice, including: greater awareness, release of energetic blocks, shifting negative thoughts, deep relaxation, connection to divine presence/higher self, and many, many more positive effects.
After a short introduction to the technique, students are guided through a two-part circular breath followed by blissful meditation set to a curated playlist.
