Pranayama Breathwork is an active breathing meditation that gives your mind a break from negative self-talk, stress, anxiety, depression and grief. Pausing long enough to access stuck energy and emotions in the body. As we begin to release the mind, unprocessed emotions are able to surface. Breathwork creates a space for the release of emotions and unconscious stress that can keep us bound up and ultimately from being successful. We take better care of our cars than we do our emotional bodies! We work out, eat right (most of the time), but what about your emotional self-care? This is it!

What is Healing?
Healing is getting to know ourselves better and the journey of remembering our wholeness. Yes, you are already whole as you are. The work is wiping away the muck to uncover our hidden diamond, it's brilliant and it's already there!

This work saved my life and it continues to save my sanity daily. Over time it’s evolved into a safe space for me to dream and create what I want in my life. It’s truly a personal experience for those who are ready to take charge of their own healing journey. I’ve been to hell and back in my own realm of experience. I have gone through many years of different therapies, counselors, self-development and coaching programs on my own journey and this is by far what has had the most immediate and significant impact. It works! I spent a lot of years seeking peace in my heart, self acceptance and healing from major trauma, abuse and self neglect. Through Breathwork, I have been able to cultivate a relationship with my inner being and reconnect with my joy! My life is not perfect but it is authentic, raw, vulnerable and I love it! That is why I’m so passionate about this practice.

I’m excited to share it with those who are open and ready to take on their own healing and create the life they deserve. After all, we can all use little more deep breathing in our lives. If you are searching for personal success, wellness, emotional stability, this is for you.

We have developed a number of ways to hide from our emotions and many people are recognizing that what they've been doing isn't working, and it's time to try something else. Breathwork is the fastest way I know to shut off the mind, connect to your highest self, and transform your life for the better.

Who is Breathwork for?
Breathwork is a powerful tool for pretty much anyone. Most of us live in a culture that put the mind on a pedestal. We intellectually process and re-process our problems. We understand them, but things still don't change because we haven't addressed the emotions and energy that are still lodged in the body and ultimately drive our subconscious behaviors. From my own experience, talking about your problems ad nauseam can make them feel even worse. Why not try breathing through them?
Stagnant energy manifests as limiting beliefs aka FEAR (I can't do it, I'm afraid, I'm not worthy, no one will love me, etc.), chronic physical discomfort, emotional instability, relationship problems, and more. If you're looking for a new way to expedite the healing process, Breathwork is it. If you are like me, you might enjoy a little instant gratification, I mean who doesn’t? In a society of constant stimulation and distraction, when do you make time for yourself to unplug and go inward? This practice will take you there and the beauty of it is you can go as deep or as shallow as you allow yourself.

This work takes the willingness to do the work and the courage to be uncomfortable. It’s only when we are uncomfortable that we can grow and we become willing to let go of all the stuff that no longer serves us.

There are several types of Pranayama Breathing techniques and even if you have tried a few of them this one is unique. Pranayama, is an ancient yoga practice traced back to India where the breath is intentionally regulated. There are some similarities but it’s not the same and even if you think you have an idea, you haven’t done it with me. Be open, it might even change your life as it has mine.

I welcome anyone who is ready to get to know themselves better, do the work to explore and are open to learning a gentle, loving approach to healing old wounds and experiencing bliss at a whole new level. Experience your breath as a healing force!
