This group is created for all of us, the "Human Beings" who want to feel good whole day. Who want to wear a smile through out the times of ups and down. When 'I' am able to be positive whole day, why can't 'We'. When 'I' can think good whole day, why can't 'WE' together can stay good whole day. When 'i' can be joyful during sorrow times, 'WE' can definitely be joyful. The power of 'WE' is very inspiring. Lets come together and spread the joy and positive energy like VIRUS :) Trust me it works for yourself and to others without any extra investment of time.
MJH as the name suggests, welcomes everyone who is enthusiastic in maintaining or building a mindful and joyful approach towards each minute of life. Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder. Similarly Joyful mind, joyful eyes looks at everything joyfully and vice versa. MJH aims at colouring the member's moments with optimal positive energy of yoga and meditation experiences. Eventually regular meetups could bring a vast power of togetherness and smiles in the members. This could create an aura of joy and optimism in your surroundings.
Any person turning 30(sooner or later)until 50 years interested in learning the experience of basic yoga and meditation could join this meetup. Any person who would want to participate in something like this but have not thought of initiating could take this opportunity as my initiation towards their dream. Busy homemakers can take this time to sneak out from their routine and experience their bodies and mind to themselves. Routine office goers could look forward for every gathering as one of their driving forces:) To all the employees with Monday blues, you can kick start the week with Sundays energy. Together we can unite to share this joy and gradually transform this into a fun cum intellect gathering that could inspire many around us. Depending on the members and their calibres we never know what new ways we would deduce from this meetup. For instance, members could inspire one or many in different ways like cooking, reading, painting, dancing or simply sharing the common things in them.
MJH meetup will always start with short discussion about the past days and its significance. The one hour typical session shall begin with warm up, yoga postures to relieve whole body stiffness, positions that work upon enhancing the alertness and activeness of body and mind and ends with simple breathing meditation. Depending upon the interest of members exclusive and intensive meditation sessions can be arranged. Members will prepare themselves with comfortable and loose clothing. Members will join the meetup with half hungry belly or light stomach. Post the session there is always a way to eat or drink together and have fun:). Nothing is impossible to create if we desire to live in the moment consciously and to the fullest.
