Every one of us is a Superwoman with our own set of superpowers. Even a Superwoman can use support, encouragement, and tools to live a more connected, happier life. These workshops are geared toward just that as well as adding superpowers to your toolbox.
Here's a list of them over the next few months:
FEBRUARY: How to Date Yourself (even if you're not single!)... and why it matters.
MARCH: Speaking From the Heart: 1. crafting your story/message. Everyone has a story to tell that will positively impact others.
APRIL: Speaking From the Heart: 2. how to effectively speak in public (from the stage to the boardroom and everything in between)
MAY: Intuition 101: how to make yours work for you
JUNE: Quieting the negative voice in your head and connecting to one that will actually do some good!
JULY: Judgement and it's insidious nature: How to kill the bastard!
This event is a pay-what-you-can event with the recommended amount of $25. HOWEVER... please do NOT let that stop you. If this speaks to you, attend! No one will know if you don't pay, so please don't let that interfere with your decision to attend or not.
These workshops will run for at least 2 hours and may go longer if there's a need and if it feels right. Please bring a notebook or a workbook... some way to write and keep notes.
This is a wonderful way to connect with like-minded women to support, encourage, learn, and grow! Yay us!
We will gather every 2nd Sunday afternoon of the month at 2:00 starting in February. Please bring a friend.
Want more information about any of these sessions? Send me an email at [masked] or give me a call or text at[masked]. I can tell you all about it so you know what to expect.
If there is a better day and time, let me know that too!
A short bio: I have been a life coach for what seems like a lifetime; I taught Psychology for over a decade at the college level; I have been a social worker, advisor, and mentor. I have three years of extensive speaker training under my belt that I put to work for me in hundreds of speaking engagements over the years. My passion is working with women to help them find their voice, their stride, their true self and to assist them in bringing that out to the world because the world needs what only YOU can offer.
