Time get your strap on! TRX style anyways. This 60 minute class is a bootcamp style set up with timed intervals and a variety of exercises to work every muscle in your body. Using the TRX straps means this is suitable for everyone and all exercises can be modified up and down. We'll also throw in some fun things like pull ups, kettle bell lunges and maybe some stair runs if we're lucky. Every class will be different so if we don't get to do kettle bell lunges, don't fret.
