Set your body on FIRE! Fire is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. A 30-minutes class, FIRE combines short, timed bursts of exercises followed by short, timed "hold" periods and another burst of reps to experience muscular "burn out". Cardio exercises are also included in each set to maximize benefits of both exercise programs at one time. Following the workout, your muscles will continue to burn fat as they recover from the workout and oxygen depletion. This is a great class for those short on time (its only 30 minutes) as well as all ages and fitness levels as each exercise can be modified. This 30-minute FIRE class can burn as many calories as 90 minutes on the treadmill while chiseling muscles and burning stubborn body fat.
