Festive Wellness Fair
We are very happy to announce our first ever Christmas Wellness Event at the Barn! We will be providing a wide range of stalls for you to browse and enjoy. Everything from unique and hand made Christmas gifts, to mini treatments you can try, food, classes, courses and much more; you will find everything you need under one roof! A large portion of money raised from our festive event will be given to charity and we only ask for a small entrance fee. After coming along to this Christmas event you will be feeling festive and have some absolute gems for you or your loved ones! So why not come along with a friend and treat yourself to a lovely festive afternoon with us at The Barn!

What we're about

This group is for anybody who is looking to relax, unwind, find some inner peace and meet like minded people. The aim is for us to come together not only to relax, but to empower and support one another along the way, building self esteem and confidence. My name is Emily and I am a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist (with a spiritual twist!) based in Brentwood and London. Working as a therapist, I have seen the wonderful effects that relaxation and self nurturing habits have had on my clients when introduced into their daily routine which is what lead me to creating this group! I decided that whilst working with people one on one is fantastic, I would also like to maximize the amount of people I can reach by creating regular local relaxation classes, combining my therapeutic skill set with simple mindful meditation and yogic/relaxation techniques. So if you are experiencing high levels of stress or anxiety, maybe feeling out of touch with yourself, low emotionally or energetically or if you simply want to come and experience some peace and quiet these classes will be perfect for you! I always work with an informal, friendly and relaxed vibe, and strive to create an environment of support and empowerment for one another where everybody from all walks of life and all levels of experience is welcome. Each class will consist of simple easy to follow visualisations, tips on how to manage your emotions naturally, calming breathing exercises and meditation techniques that anybody can take part in, regardless of experience. Every time we meet there will be a different area of focus open to suggestion to make sure your needs are met :) All that is needed for these classes is a comfy cushion if you wish to sit while we meditate, or a yoga mat if you prefer to lay down, some water and you! Most of the classes are held at my home so the atmosphere has a cosy and comfy feel. <3 - I look forward to relaxing with you all soon! x
