Moms of all walks of life coming together to discuss our bodies & minds after babies! Getting back into shape can feel like a huge hurdle - sleep deprivation, depression, anxiety, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic floor issues and pain are all challenges that Moms face. Let's get together and talk about how these "obstacles" can be just temporary, not forever. Let this be a private place to bring your innermost fears & feelings out into the open. Women need to be stronger then ever in this day & age!!! This means talking freely about things that may seem taboo....Let's not keep them taboo, but connect to make the world a better place for ourselves and future moms! All fitness levels welcome - no judgements...just a bunch of moms learning new things from each other :)
