I like yoga for the self challenge, mental, spiritual and physical.
No, I know basis poses and want to expand on those.
When I do yoga on a regular basis, my mind is more focused and clear; my body confident. That is very uplifting.
Hello, I've been doing yoga off and on for many years. I would love to be able to practice yoga on a regular basis within a group.
