OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A YOGA INSTRUCTOR TO TAKE THIS TRAINING. YOGA NIDRA IS A WONDERFUL ADJUNCT TOOL FOR THERAPISTS, COACHES, TEACHERS, PARENTS, STUDENTS, AND HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS.

Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” brings us to stillness so that we can experience the Great I AM. You simply lie down and listen. Effortlessly, you drop into a deep state of relaxation and rest. Research confirms that Yoga Nidra practice can reduce stress, depression, increase immune function, improve digestion and overall health.
45 minutes = 3 hours of sleep!

Rev. Karen Hedley, MFA is a 200-Hr E-RYT with Yoga Alliance, certified Yoga Nidra instructor and Reiki Master Teacher. She has been studying spirituality and health for over 30 years.
Maria Banas is a 200-Hr E-RYT with Yoga Alliance, Reiki Master Teacher, and One Consciousness Trainer, certified in India at Oneness University. She has been a healing master for over 20 years.
