Bring a dish to share and come join us for an afternoon of heart-centered sharing, a bit of chanting, easy physical movement and emotional connections, as well as updates about upcoming Billy events and delicious food. If you cannot bring something, it’s OK. We want to see you all the same. Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
We will set up the food at the beginning, but will have the meal after Heart Circle and Dinner Circle.
This is a great way to learn about the Billys, experience a small heart circle, and re-connect with friends in the community between gatherings!
Please RSVP to Tair Miller [masked]) by Friday March 15 and let us know of any dietary restrictions.
Things You Should Know:
The San Francisco Billy’s Heart Circle and Potluck has been going through a transition in the last year and it is still currently looking for a coordinator or coordinators to keep it running. We are still looking for other possible venue alternatives and we welcome any suggestions.
SFAF's Elizabeth Taylor 50-Plus Network will be hosting the Billys Heart Circle and Potluck on March 17 at Strut, 470 Castro Street, on the 3rd floor, while other options are being explored.
Please read the full information below on the Heart Circle, taking note of the schedule and what to bring.
What should I bring to the potluck?
Along with your gleaming personality and smile, please bring entrees, side dishes, appetizers or salads to share with your fellow Billys and guests. Desserts will be supplied, so please do not bring dessert items. (Unless you baked something really scrumptious! LOL) Non-alcoholic beverages, juices, and refreshments are also a good idea to bring, in addition to the food items. If your food item requires any special container or utensil, it is best that you bring those with you.
We've been averaging about 15 to 20 people at these events, so plan your food donation accordingly, and let us know. This is why it is so important to RSVP
Things to keep in mind:
-- Feel free to come for the whole afternoon, or for whatever portion of the event may move you!
-- This event is a drug/alcohol/scent-free zone.
-- This event is also wheelchair accessible.
-- If you have a companion/comfort pet, please consider that some of our members are allergic to various pets; as at the Gatherings, only ADA-defined Service Animals are allowed at Potlucks
-- Do try to arrive on time. Late arrivals can be disruptive to Heart Circle when it is in progress.

How can I help?
Lend a hand, help out, and make a difference, volunteer!
You can help set up the room, the circle chairs as well as the supper tables and chairs.
If you're feeling exceptionally social, you can be a greeter and help welcome attendees with a warm Billy hug and assist with their name badge.
Be a cool neat freak and help clean up at the end of the social gathering.
