What we're about

This group is for anyone looking to grow their yoga practice and other mindfulness skills. Wether you are new or looking to deepen your practice, learn more, or just want to flow with other like minded beings, all levels are welcome as yoga is for all of us! Meditation, yoga and breathing exercises will be combined in these meet ups to help cultivate peace of mind and overall wellness while enjoying being present in nature. This is a donation based class so bring what you can!
