What we're about

Cycling is for everyone of all ages and abilities. Want to ride out on the bike but can't bear all the lycra! We get together every week (or so) and pootle, puff, grind gears and amble along our seafront paths and stumble upon a pub or cafe for interval training, ie training to refresh in the intervening moments when we're not cycling. The pace is very easy and is designed to get everyone onto the pedals slowly and gently, in a safe group where we all encourage.
