What we're about
A community for learning and practising meditation.
Meditation is proven to be beneficial to our health. It helps us make choices which are beneficial to us and those around us. Meditating in a group also brings new perspective to how we relate to one another.
This group holds:
-Guided meditations using breathing, posture and awareness to connect to ourselves;
-A place of calm where people can meet and connect to each;
-Life force energy (chi) work to remove blockages in our subtle energy system;
-Opportunities to learn and develop your meditation practice.
We meet on Saturdays in Brighton & Hove.
