A community for practising meditation.

Meditation is proven to be beneficial to our health and wellbeing. It helps us remain calm in a sometimes chaotic world.

This group holds:
-Guided meditations using breathing, posture and awareness to connect to ourselves;
-A place of calm where people can meet and connect to each;
-Opportunities to learn and develop your meditation practice.

We meet on Saturdays in Brighton & Hove.
