Location visible to members
Hi. I am hosting a FREE Fitness exercise class in the park everyday this week for a week. I have just completed a course and would like to practice my new skills before my assessment on the 19th February. The class will still be done professionally, however I will ask for open feedback each time. Therefore, the class will take place even if there is only 1 person.
It may be cold, but dress warm and get fit in the fresh air.
Once I do qualify, as a Thank you, I will offer a few more FREE non-obligation classes for those whom have helped me get there.
