Different companies work in different ways and product management differs from one company to the next. At Bringg Product Management is extremely agile and quite unique. In our meetup, we will share the Bringg methodology to product management, how we work together as a team, and in collaboration with sales, presales, R&D, marketing and finance and where we have challenges and achieved success. We will also be hosting Sharon Ben Zvi, Senior Product Manager at Via, who will share insights into Product Management at Via.
The focus of this meetup will be on the challenges of working with the different stakeholders and mainly, how it is to do product management while your company is growing, the product is evolving and the team is expanding.
