It's that time of the year again... when not only love but a lot of different colors are in the air as well!

Join your fellow India Lovers to celebrate Holi festivities at the Hindu Temple & Cultural Center of Kansas City.

Please note that this event is hosted by the Temple community and we are planning to participate as a group of India Lovers.

As noted on the event details are as follows:

'Food is available through several counters. Programs include, playing with colors, drawing Rangoli (is a traditional decorative folk art designs drawn on floors using colored powder), getting a temporary tatoo with henna (derived from the plant), experiencing food from different states of India, costume competition.

As part of the event, there are several gifts, prizes, door busters and raffles and your generous donations are warmly appreciated by the committee. If you are interested to set up a stall, Call Temple – 913 631 7519 or email:

Food will be sold from different stalls inside the main hall of the Hindu Temple and Cultural Center throughout the afternoon (on cash basis)

Recognizing the true spirit of Holi, playing with Holi colors is entirely voluntary and HTCC, its management, volunteers are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any misuse/mishandling of colors. It’s all parent’s responsibility that they watch their kid’s safety while playing with colors and/or around bonfire.'
