this meditation is good for stress relieve and chronic diseases like lower back pain, asthma, cold body and feet, depression, infertility , poor concentration, shortness of breath, indigestion, insomnia, low immunity

Friday: 9pm

Saturday – 7am to 9:30am (includes tai chi)
