http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/6/c/a/e/event_121827822.jpegWhilst the observant gather in their churches, mosques, temples, synagogues and naked in forrest glens... The Brisbane Atheists feast and frollick in an unholy orgy of basket foods and paddock sports!
For those of you who can't make the Saturday Night Social at the Sebel & Citigate King George Square the night before, how does a nice shared picnic lunch in at Southbank sound?
This might be a great occassion for everyone to have some family members come - spouses, kids... everyone's invited!
I like the idea of everyone pitching in a dish to share... someone brings a salad, others bring a dessert, I'll sacrifice a goat... let's discuss online in the leadup to the actual picnic so that we don't all end up with nothing but nine people bringing frickin' egg salad!
Don't forget to bring some frizbees, maybe a cricket bat and a footy... does anyone have an acoustic guitar? Bring that and I'll bring my acoustic bass and we'll jam!
The more suggestions the better... let's make this a real event folks!

I clicked the learn more button also to find out what group, and how do you contact them, does the naked frollicking in forest glen. Do they have a Brisbane chapter?

Ah tried to make it, but this and that. We did go, but arrived rather late... 1 1/2 hours. We couldn't find a group near the ferris wheel unfortunately. Maybe next time we can GOST a bit better and see you then.
