Trading Technique Huddles

The first hour of the meeting will be in small groups called "Huddles" where experienced professional traders will share their skills and techniques. This is especially useful for beginners in trading to ask questions in a small group. You can choose one of these huddles to suit your interest:

• Trading Australian Shares

• Trading Australia Options

• Trading Foreign Exchange

After a short tea and coffee break where you can meet other traders and investors, the main session is the presentation by Peter Castle:

Probabilities of Different Entry Signals for Trading the ASX 500.

Peter Castle is often told at seminars and trading meetings he likes to trade low price stocks and buy high. Peter does not "like" to buy or trade anything that does not have a good probability.

In this discussion Peter will present some historical results that shows why he trades the way he does, and where the probability is in the market. It may not be for you, but Peter guarantees after his lecture you will go away really thinking about what you do, how you can improve your trading and understanding what you have been doing has not been working .... or make it work even better!

Some discussions in the lecture will be:

· Comparing seven different breakout buy signals and which ones works best;

· Comparing stock prices and what works best for weekly trend trading;

· Comparing stocks with fundamentals v ones without .... does it really matter?

Peter will also discuss his favourite topic: how to reduce stress and worry in the market, the main reason traders fail to stick to a system. Not sticking to a system is the main reason traders fail in the market.

The Presenter:

Peter has been trading full time since 2000. In 2011 he formed Easy Share Trading systems, a teaching and training business.

Most of Peter's clients and students are people already trading or investing in the market, however some are rank beginners.

They either don’t know where to start or are stressed out, overtrading, confused and feeling stuck, frustrated with trading.

Peter works with the technical and fundamental side of trading as well as the psychological components of trading to help them achieve their objectives

After years of trading many different instruments, (CFD, options, FX, Commodities) Peter now trades only the ASX, which he believes is the simplest and less complicated way of making money from the markets.
