What is Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation?
A simple, gentle and an easy to learn meditation technique. Whether you're seeking relaxation, to improve your focus and attention, an individual meditation practice or the deepest connection to your inner being Heartfulness is an effective way to integrate meditation into your daily life.
With a little practice it helps us to feel more at peace, more present in the moment and to be able to lead a more calm and balanced life.
Heartfulness meditation is a way of integrating heart and mind and is achieved with the help of a unique element called yogic transmission which helps us to focus and to shift our attention away from the outer world and into our inner world.
Come and experience it and feel the changes in yourself. You can also be given guidance and support to start and maintain your own individual practice which can be done in the comfort of your own home.
After a brief introductory session you will be invited to meditate without transmission for five minutes prior to a Guided Relaxation and then to experience the beauty of Heartfulness Meditation with yogic transmission. Afterwards there will be time to reflect on your experiences.
All sessions are free and open to anyone interested. There are never any charges for Heartfulness Meditation.
