This group is for anyone who interested in ancient Chinese ways on elevating mind body wellness. We will have a monthly walk/hike in nature on selected date based on the natural rhythm of the moon. Practise a bit of Taichi, Qigong and walking meditation etc, coordinated to the season and body need. Also learn something on the fundamentals of class philosophy like Taoism and Book of Changes each time. I am Cantonese Chinese and I’d like to keep these invaluable exercises on wherever I live. Please look in to the future meetup for specific topics that will be covered.

About me: I started organising meditative walk a few years ago when I was the lead of Recreation Club of my company. Before long we noticed the benefits this exercise provides, in business or personal context. My background is in biotechnology and biomimicry.
