Great design can make or break a product. So following recent popular meetups on machine learning and product management we are hosting a product design evening on Wednesday 17th January. This will be a great opportunity to meet talented people, share design stories, listen to talks from world class product designers and of course share some delicious food and drink! Our confirmed speakers are:

Cindy Chang

Cindy is a Senior Product Designer at Intercom in Dublin, Ireland, where she’s on the mission to make business personal. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Cindy studied design, education, and computer science at Stanford University, and has previously worked at companies like Salesforce and Intuit. She’s passionate about designing workshops and blending design thinking methodologies with visual narrative to create meaningful products. On the side, she is an aspiring children's book writer and illustrator - expect a fun illustrative talk!

James King is the co-founder and director of Ctrl Group (, a team of designers, researchers and clinicians who are building digital tools for healthcare and clinical research. James will present some recent projects that have been deployed into two clinical studies for people with depression.

Nuno Coelho Santos - Designer at DeepMind

Nuno is a product designer currently working at the DeepMind Health team. He is on a mission to heighten the clinician’s ability to perform through good design and technology. Before DeepMind, Nuno worked at IDEO in Japan where he developed the design language for a prominent online retailer, and prior to that, at fashion startup Thread and digital product agency ustwo.
