This is a weekly energising and relaxing Hatha Yoga class with Naomi. We will do wide range of yoga practices such as asana (posture), pranayama (breathing practice), meditation, Kriyas (cleansing techniques) and mudras (seal/gestures). We will also learn useful relaxation and concentration techniques.
Her style of teaching aims to maximise individual potential by providing a supportive and relaxing atmosphere for students of all abilities. The emphasis on body and mind awareness means that the practice will not only be safe but students will notice their development sooner.
