“This is a group for anyone interested in losing weight, maintain their weight, building lean muscle, or getting their energy back!!! Each meeting will include nutritional encouragement (your choice) and social outings to encourage an active lifestyle walking, hiking, rock climbing, zumba, kickboxing, martial arts, group fitness, yoga etc. All levels are welcome and no one will ever be discouraged for taking steps to lead a healthier lifestyle. I started this group because to meet other people that want to get fit together and have fun doing it. Looking forward to meeting new and old friends and creating life long friendships. I welcome suggestions of fun group activities and can't wait to meet everyone!!!
