Welcome to our Broken Arrow Weight Loss and Fitness Meetup. We are inviting you to our martial arts school to have some fun in a great kickboxing class! You'll be able to participate no matter what your fitness level is (we show beginner, intermediate, and advanced level moves). We will meet for the first 15 - 20 minutes to learn about each of you and particular goals based individual level of fitness for weight loss, muscle gain or overall lifestyle change.
Please arrive by 7:15pm. Once we've had a chance to speak with everyone, we will start a 30 minute class. We welcome injuries and limitations. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring your smile!
We will have snacks, shakes, energy drinks, water for purchase or bring your own. *****GUEST FREE 1st TIME*****…..(Only cost for event is if you purchase food/drink $2-$4 after the first time) We will also have post workout snacks available as well.
Our goal with this meet up group is to have all levels of fitness welcomed. We want no one left behind. We want to support each other in our weight loss and fitness journey. Each week, our plan is to have a different type of fitness workout and look forward to others stepping up and leading.
