We will explore more deeply our habitual patterns of thinking, beliefs and behaviours in a more detailed way using our own experiences. We will learn to use a variety of exercises and strategies from Rational emotional behavioural therapy to transactional analytic theories and simpler things in between to make a real change in our lives. This is a fun , informal group which uses our everyday situations to find a variety of tools for life! Basic medatative/ mindful strategies and techniques to deal with stress will also be taught.
