Join this friendly group for Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to balance your winter energy and awaken your inner awareness. We meet every Thursday morning throughout the year and our practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or physical abilities. Complete beginners are very welcome to join in. We are welcoming 2019 with a series of yoga sets (kriyas) and meditations designed to adjust your energies as the year rolls in. A programme for winter: For many of us, the long, chilly nights and crisp mornings invite us to self-observation and slow pace. However, sometimes they seep into our emotions and mood, bringing the winter blues. Our winter programme comprises various sets of postures (kriyas), and meditations designed to strengthen the glandular and nervous system, bringing balance to the body, mind, and soul. 10 January: NEW MOON, NEW INTENTIONS (Hosted by Estela) 17 January: SETTING TARGETS (Hosted by Estela) 24 January: FULL MOON: Letting go with gratitude (Hosted by Estela) 31 January: GU-RU, From darkness to light (Hosted by Pam) 07 February: NEW MOON: Make the impossible, possible (Hosted by Pam) 14 February: VALENTINE YOGA for the HEART (Hosted by Pam) This class runs all year round.
