Celebrate this Spring season and join your Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes, led by Pam in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Complete beginners are very welcome to join in. Our Kundalini practice Springtime is here, bursting with new life, longer days and sunny energy. Our spirit is entering in a ‘to do’ mode as we busy ourselves towards realising our goals. Sometimes, though we also say goodbye to what we are leaving behind with a certain melancholy, closing the quiet mood of winter. We have designed our spring programme to balance the energies of this new season. Each week, we will be working with a set of exercises (Kriya) based on the number that rules the day in other to achieve our balance and awareness for a happy and healthy life, in unity the universal energy.
