These end of month sessions are reserved for mindfulness workshops that will be run every month.

When the subject is announced, the details for that month's workshop will appear here. If there is ever not a workshop, then there will be a mindfulness meditation session as per the mid-month sessions. See the details for the second and third weeks of the month.
