The two mid-month mindfulness meditation sessions will have a focus specifically on meditation. There will be no talk other than to introduce and explain the meditations though as usual there will be a question and answer session after the session. Although it is fine for beginners to attend these sessions, the monthly Introduction to mindfulness session on the first Thursday of the month will be the best to learn about the basics of mindfulness.

Meditation sessions are held in the room adjacent to St Mark's Church, Westmoreland Rd, Bromley, Kent, BR2 0TB.
Entry is via the main door of the church from which you can enter the church room. Although we are very grateful for the use of the room, we are not affiliated in any way with St Marks.
There is no parking at the venue though there is parking in nearby streets. You will need to refer to the parking restrictions for times.
From Bromley South station, turn left out of the station. Walk to the traffic lights at the junction of Westmoreland Road on your right and you will see St Marks church. This is a two minute walk. From Bromley North it is either a 15 minute walk or one of many regular buses to Bromley South.
