I originally learned mindfulness meditation through Zen meditation in 1988 though for years it was only a background practice. I revisited mindfulness meditation in 2009 and have been meditating regularly since then.
I want to teach as many people as possible, the mindfulness and emotional resilience skills they need to achieve happiness and find fulfilment
