Hey there, it's Aya here. I am a Dancer, Yoga, Pilates & Fitness instructor. I am from London, UK but have been based here in the Bronx, NY for the last & years. Teaching and working here and loving the wonderful people and community of the area. â€Ē Weekly donation based Yoga class. Open level class, we normally start the class on the floor and gradually work up to some standing poses. But I switch it up depending what we all feel like on the day.

â€ĒYou do not have to be super fit, flexible or even wear Yoga pants for this class! But comfortable stretchy clothing that you can move in works best.

â€ĒI encourage you to go at your own pace and do what you can. Listen to your body, lets move together and have fun!

This class is suitable if you can get up and down off the floor. If you have a practice and know how to modify things to work for you body! That great, come and join us.
If you are with any injuries or conditions that you do not know how to work with yourself, this may not be the best class for you. I can and will offer some modifications, but I wont be able to keep my eye on you the whole time as its a group class. If you are not sure please reach out to me by email and we can set up a chat to see if this could work for you or if maybe another offering would work better. I also know many other fab Yoga teachers that may have classes that suit you better!

â€ĒEnough space to lie on the floor (roughly the size of a Yoga mat)

â€ĒA blanket to keep you warm for savasana​ (optional)
